hello to my future readers

in the last year, I started a lot of media outlets because I wanted to follow

certain things happening around the world like the war on Palestine

also, this war showed how double standards America and most of Europe have

the way they handling this and the Ukraine and Russia war

how do you manage to be on the wrong side every time that’s a skill imo

but anyway we are getting off-topic here, after a while, I asked myself a question

what if everything the media says is wrong or fabricated do you realize

the power these media outlets have

let’s set a constant number for every media outlet maybe like 100k followers

that means that whenever this media outlet shares some news these 100k people

will believe it and some of them will act on it as well either by posting on it

or maybe telling their friends etc

these 100k will reach for 500k and circle keeps widening

and the people start talking

keeping in mind that we don’t know for sure if this news is even real

in the first place

and with the recent growth of social media as a whole with being from everyone

to everyone that means that anyone can grab his phone and say anything he

wants to say in the aspect he wants and then click post or share or anything and

goes to thousands of people

I remember once I saw a piece of medical advice on TikTok from someone

wearing a lab coat and I was like I can do that all it takes is a lab coat

saying that if your arm hurts roll it in aluminum and it will heal faster

because of the heat staying in your arm

and a punch of images that I can do with AI and It goes boom

and I know you are going to say “Well not everyone is going to believe this“

and you are right not everyone will believe that but some of them will

say like 10k people saw my video on TikTok which is not that hard

maybe like 1% will believe me that’s 100 people believing that rolling

in aluminum heals you faster that’s absurd!

the moral of this is to always fact-check anything that will lead you to act

on by checking with multiple news outlets or asking a friend who has

knowledge about the thing that you want to fact-check it

unless you are watching for laughs then it’s fine it doesn’t matter

if it’s true or no
